PC Caps Lock key to behave in the same way as a typewriter.  

The PC Shift keys reverse the state of the Caps Lock key, so 
that if the Caps Lock is on, and you press the Shift key, yOUR 
TEXT WILL LOOK LIKE THIS.   sTOP tHAT allows the shift key to 
behave as it does on an IBM Selectric typewriter: The shift key 
guaranties an uppercase character.

sTOP tHAT also allows the user to control how the Num Lock and 
Scroll Lock keys behave, and will indicate the state of all the
